GENERAL INFORMATION:

At Babe n Bear Official, we always give priority to our customers' satisfaction and shopping experience. However, if you have purchased a faulty item from us, the item can be returned and we will either process a refund for you.

 Babe n Bear Official understands that customers can find it is tricky when buying online as you have never felt or tried on the products. For that reason, we offer our customers a lenient returns policy which allows you to get a full refund for any products you are not happy with.

FULL PRICED PRODUCTS:

The full-priced purchases (except for Lipsticks, Ao Dai, Personalised Items) have 14 days to return items with the proof of purchase if the products are proved to be faulty, wrong items are sent, wrong sizes are sent. Returns after 14 days cannot be accepted. Babe n Bear reserves the right to refuse returns which are not received within a reasonable time frame.

Due to the limited availability of stocks, Babe n Bear might cannot offer Repair or Replacement Services.

SALE/ PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS:

Babe n Bear does not offer change-of-mind or buy-wrong-size refunds on Sale/ Promotional Products unless faulty or required by law. 

Discounted items may be returned for an exchange or gift card/credit note (which will be valued for 3 months). 

Occasionally we offer temporary promotions. For your order to be eligible for a promotional discount, your ordered items must be included in the promotion, the promotion must be active at the time your order was placed, and the code (if applicable) must be applied at check out. 

Please note that we do not provide price adjustments for purchases made prior to Sale or Promotional Periods. 

COSMETIC PRODUCTS (LIPSTICKS):

Babe n Bear does not accept returns and refunds for cosmetic products once they are opened. The products can be returned if they are proved to be faulty or unauthentic. 

LIMITED COLLECTIONS/ DESIGNS (AO DAI):

Limited collections/ designs have 2 days to return items with the proof of purchase if the products are proved to be faulty, wrong items are sent, wrong sizes are sent. Return request must be sent within the first 2 days since the products are delivered/ left in safe place/ waiting for collection. Babe n Bear reserves the right to refuse returns which are not received within a reasonable time frame.

For change of mind and buying wrong size, please read the policies of 'CHANGE OF MIND / BUYING WRONG SIZE' below.

PERSONALISED/ CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS:

There is no refund/ exchange or cancellation available on custom, made to orders, made to personal references items unless the products are faulty.

Custom products are made to orders and it is the responsibility of customers to ensure all customer orders are 100% appropriate and exactly what they desire before purchasing. 

FAULTY ITEMS: 

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 14 days of the receiving date.

Products that have major/ minor fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund/ replacement/ exchange or a gift card/ credit note. 

The products are not considered as faulty if:

  • Fair wear and tear alone.
  • Change of mind.
  • A hidden defect specifically drawn to the consumer' attention before the purchase.
  • A defect that the consumer should have noticed on examination.
  • A defect due to abnormal use.

BUYING WRONG SIZES/ CHANGE OF MIND: 

Babe n Bear does not offer refund for buying wrong size or change of mind. Instead, we do provide  returns for an exchange or a gift card/ credit note (which will be valued for 3 months).
The exchange process might take up to 20 days for Australia, 10 days for USA and Asian Countries, and 30 days for other countries. 

    RETURNS CONDITIONS:

    1. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.

    2. If you are exchanging any items via our website, you might need to re-purchase via our website and we will process a refund on the items returned once the new order was placed. We are more than happy to honor free shipping and any special prices paid - just contact at Customer Services Team at customerservice@babenbear.com.au.

    3. Please contact our Customer Services Team at customerservice@babenbear.com.au to receive the Information For Returns, and confirm your return requests before sending the items back to us. Only the items that were confirmed to be valid via Babe n Bear’s Returns and Refunds Policies are accepted for further refund processes.

    REFUND PROCESS:

    Applicable refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original transaction. A credit card payment can only be refunded back onto the same credit card, PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal, Apple Pay Payments will be refunded via Apple Pay and purchases made using e-Gift Cards will be reimbursed onto a new e-Gift Card. 

    AFTERPAY RETURNS

    If you return an item purchase through Afterpay for a refund, we will reimburse your Afterpay account the full amount. You will be refunded any installment you have paid and any outstanding installments will be cancelled by Afterpay. 

     The refund process might take up to 14 business days since we receive your returned items.

    RETURNS COSTS:

    Please note that we only accept the returns sent by Regular Standard Service of Australia Post Office / USPS / Other National Post Offices with tracking number provided, and we will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid.

    Otherwise, for other return reasons (change of mind, buying the wrong size, exchange), the return costs are paid by the customers. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods. Babe n Bear Official is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
