SHIPPING OFFERS AND COSTS:

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our processing times are slightly longer than usual. Orders will be dispatched within 2-10 days. We post Australian orders using the Australia Post service, USA orders using USPS. 

Worldwide Shipping:  Our products can be shipped internationally to Asian countries, Canada and New Zealand. 

For Australia, USA: 

Standard Shipping for all orders without minimum purchase: AU$10

Express Shipping for all orders: from AU$70 (7 to 10 business days)

For Brunei, Indonesia, Macao SAR, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan:

DHL Express (7 to 10 business days) 

Australia Post - Economy (20 to 25 business days) 

Australia Post - Express (10 to 15 business days) 

Australia Post - Standard (15 to 20 business days) 

 

For Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Cambodia:

HOW LONG WILL YOUR ORDERS BE DELIVERED?

Australia, USA:

• Standard: 15 to 20 business days
• Express: 7 to 10 business days 

Cambodia: 

• Standard: 5 to 10 business days

Canada, New Zealand: 

• Economy: 36 business days
• Standard: 31 business days
• Express: 29 business days

For other Asian countries:

• Standard: 30 business days.
• Express:  10 business days.

* Note: Apart from Economy, all shipping methods would provide the tracking number to help customers keep track of the shipping process. Thus, in order to experience high a level of service, it would be recommended for Canada, New Zealand, and Asian Countries customers to choose Standard and Express Shipping Options. 

SHIPPING PROCESS:

Any items that are sent from Babe n Bear Official is done so with Australia Post Office/ USPS/ DHL.  If no one is home, then the parcel will be left with an Authority to Leave if the courier feels it is safe to do so, or brought to your nearest Post Office. 

NOTIFICATION OF TRACKING NUMBER:

 For Australia and the USA:

At Babe n Bear, we only send our customers their Tracking Numbers once the parcels are on board with the Australian Post Office/ USPS. The Tracking Number will be updated and notified through your email address. 
There should be 2 Order Update Notifications. One is when the orders are fulfilled and start to be shipped from Vietnam. Another Order Update Notification will be sent once the parcels arrived in Australia/USA, and onboard with Australian Post/ USPS.

The parcels are expected to be delivered to your address within the next 3-5 days since you receive the Tracking Number. 

 For Singapore, Cambodia, the Philippines, and other Asian Countries: 

The Tracking Number will be updated as soon as your order is fulfilled. The Notification will be sent to your email address. 

 For Canada, New Zealand, and other Countries: 

There should be 2 Order Update Notifications. One is when the orders were fulfilled and started to be shipped from Vietnam. Another Order Update Notification will be sent once the parcels arrived in Australia/USA, and onboard with Australian Post/ USPS.
